Our flagship IPA is a well-balanced West Coast IPA full of vibrant hop flavors of tropical pineapple, citrus, and a touch of pine.  Easy bitterness with a smooth, crisp finish.

Spiced Lager

5.0% ABV // 30 IBU

Hops: Sterling
Malt: Fritz Pilsner, Carafoam
Adjuncts: Lemon juice, lemon zest, cayenne pepper

ZESTY • SPICY • REFRESHING

The Conditus name originates from the latin term for spicy. This Bohemian style lager is lemon on the nose with a warm, spicy finish. A gentle touch of cayenne gives just enough heat without overpowering the smooth lager taste. The food pairings are endless.

This big beer is fully loaded with West Coast hops, but has incredibly smooth bitterness and balance for a double IPA. It's not too hoppy, it's not too bitter and yes folks, It's Another Double!

N'HAZe

New England IPA

Hops: Sabro, Talus, Azacca, Mosaic
Malt: Pilot Pale, Wheat, Oats

Shelter N' Haze IPA became one of our first beers we canned, earning its name from the "shelter in place" pandemic days. This tropical hazy IPA features Skagit Valley Malts and Sabro hops. This beer has complex hop aromatics of coconut, ripe pineapple and mango with full mouth feel and just a touch of sweetness.

The term Pluit comes from latin phrase for "It rains". Rich malt flavors of toffee, chocolate and roasted coffee. Minimal hop flavor and bitterness, medium body, and low ABV make this is an easy drinking, everyday porter.

RYAN PATRICK CHARDONNAY

2019 Vintage Naked Chardonnay

13.5% ABV // pH 3.6

Aroma: Apple, pear, and kiwi; slight hint of crème brûlée and citrus.
Flavor: More apple and pear, with a little bread dough. Some minerality with a moderate mouthfeel and a round finish.

Wine Maker Notes: “We are creating an approachable, savory, and refreshing style of Chardonnay. Malolactic fermentation, along with sur lie aging, allows for savory characters to develop, while tank fermentation maintains fresh acidity."
